To select or change your Receive Mode

Press Menu/Set, 0, 1.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Fax Only,
Fax/Tel, External TAD or Manual.
Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
Setting the Ring Delay
The Ring Delay sets the number of times the machine rings before it
answers in Fax Only or Fax/Tel mode. If you have extens ion
phones on the same line as th e machine or subscribe to the
telephone company’s BT Call S ign service, keep the Ring Delay
setting of 4.

times the line rings before the machine answers (00, 01, 02, 03
or 04) (00 - 04 UK only) (00 - 05 Nordic countries only).
Press Menu/Set.
(If you select 00, the li ne won’t ring at all.)
