Base ringer volume
The base has 5 ringer volume settings from 1 (low) to 5 (high) and Off.
1.Select Menu, scroll 
to Set Base and select OK.
2.The displays shows Ring Volume. Select OK.
3.The current setting is displayed. Use 
and 
to change the level, then select OK. The display shows Saved.
4.Press 
to exit.
Base ringer melody
The base has 5 ringer melodies to choose from.
1.Select Menu, scroll 
to Set Base and select OK.
2.Scroll 
to Ring Melody and select OK.
3.Scroll

to hear the choice of melodies available. When you have chosen one, select OK. The display shows Saved.
4.Press 
to exit.
The default ringer volume is 5.
The base does not ring when the handset in on the base.

At each different setting a one second melody sample is played.
