Check wire and connection of both blackandwhitewiresoftemperature probe.

Check to confirm that wire(s) are not pinched between two surfaces or connected to each other.

Measure the voltage at the terminal block and confirm that it matches the voltage specified on the brewer data plate withing +/- 10%.
