| properly, proceed as follows. At- |

| tach a voltmeter to the terminals |
|

|
| of the dispense solenoid. Connect |
|
|
|
| the brewer to the power source. |
|
|
|
| Turn on the brewer and press the |
|
|
|
| BREW switch. Voltage should be |
|
|
|
| present at the solenoid terminals. |
|
|
|
| If voltage is not present, refer to |
|
|
|
| the wiring diagrams and check |
|
|
|
| the wiring harness. If voltage is |
|
|
|
| present, check for continuity |
|
|
|
| across the terminals of the sole- |
|
|
|
| noid coil. If continuity is not |
|
|
|
| present, replace the solenoid (See |
|
|
|
| page 25). If continuity is present, |
|
|
|
| the valve may be stuck closed. |

Set up brewer according to in- structions in section Adjustments- Brew Volumes. (See page 8) Us- ing a stop watch or second hand, time the length of the brew cycle. Record this time inside the top lid. If service is ever needed again, use the time as reference to determine if time has changed.
