utilities for the location of

buried utility lines before digging or driving grounding rods.

CAUTION Do not fit the 3 meter TLX106 Tower sections together until the appropriate time. Once attached, they cannot be detached.

The TLX106 Tower provides a support structure for mounting the TLX106 weather station components. Figure 2.1-1 shows a typical TLX106 Tower installation option. The tower is designed to withstand winds of 100 mph. The lightning rod assembly is attached after the instrumentation enclosure is installed (Section 3.1).
