Manual Exposure Shooting

In the <a> mode, you can freely set the shutter speed, aperture, and ISO speed for the movie shooting. Using manual exposure to shoot movies is for advanced users.

2Set the Mode Dial to <a>.3Set the shutter speed and aperture.

To set the shutter speed, turn the <6> dial. The settable shutter speeds depend on the frame rate <9>.

•8/ 7 : 1/4000 sec. - 1/60 sec.

•6/ 5/ 4: 1/4000 sec. - 1/30 sec. To set the aperture, hold down the <O> button and turn the <6> dial.

4 Set the ISO speed.

Press the button and press the key or turn the <6> dial to select the ISO speed.
