1. Removing the Primary Charging

Assembly

1) Remove the drum unit. (See p. 4-28.)

2) Pull the charging wire cleaning lever [1]

slightly to the front.

3) Detach the hook [2], and detach the drum

front cover [3].

4) Remove the mounting screw [4], and

remove the primary charging assembly

[5].
