Turn off the power switch while the

copy paper is moving through the

feeding assembly. At this time, is the

back of the copy paper soiled?

Is the problem noted at intervals of

about 5 cm?

Is the fixing roller (upper, lower)

soiled with toner?

Go to step 3.

1.Clean the registration roller.

2.Clean the transfer guide.

3.Check the developing assembly for

leakage of toner.

1.Clean the feeding assembly.

2.Check the drum cleaner assembly

for leakage of toner.

1.Clean the fixing roller (upper,

lower).

2.Check to make sure that the toner

adhering to the heat discharging

roller is not soiling the fixing

roller.

If so, replace the heat discharging

roller.

3.Clean the fixing assembly inlet

guide.

Clean the delivery roller and the

separation claw.
