4 If you want to set the gutter width, click [Gutter] to open the [Gutter Settings] dialog box ➞ specify the value in [Gutter] ➞ click [OK].
If you do not set the gutter width, proceed to step 5.
5 Click [OK] in the [Finishing] sheet.
