Basic Print Options
3 Click the [Finishing] tab.
4 Select a finishing option, such as [Collate], [Group], [Staple & Collate], or [Staple & Group], under [Finishing].
5 If you selected [Staple & Collate] or [Staple & Group], click [Staple Position] ➞specify the position to staple in the [Staple Position] dialog box ➞ click [OK].
If you did not select [Staple & Collate] or [Staple & Group], proceed to step 6.
NOTE
Depending on the printer you are using, the staple position cannot be specified.
