Direct Interface

Cable (DIF-200)

Align the ▲ symbols on the camera and cable to connect them.

•Attach the direct interface cable to the printer.

•Open the terminal cover on the camera and insert the cable’s connector into the camera’s DIGITAL • A/V OUT terminal. Orient the cable so that the connector’s ▲ symbol faces the

camera’s front panel.

• Press the printer’s ON/OFF button to turn on its power. (If you are using Card Photo Printer CP-10, the printer’s power will turn on in Step 2 when printer and power cable are connected.)

•Set the mode switch to the position and turn on the camera’s power.

• will display when the printer is correctly connected.

This shows when a direct print function compatible printer is connected.

Connecting to a Bubble Jet Printer

•Please read the Quick Start Guide supplied with your BJ printer to see if it is compatible with the camera’s direct print function, and for instructions regarding the connection cables and the printer’s general operation.

Shut the camera’s

power off (p. 26).
