Shooting with Slow Motion View

When you half-press the shutter button while Slow Motion View is selected, the camera will start to pre-record images continually and play them back at slow speed. Up to two seconds worth of pre-recorded images are in memory at one time, with the older images deleted automatically as new ones are stored. Fully pressing the shutter button will save the pre-recorded images. This mode lets you view the pre-recorded images in slow motion, and perform final recording when the image you want appears. You can specify one of eight playback speeds for pre-recorded images.

1.In the REC mode, set the mode dial to t (Auto).

2.Set the CS dial to º (Slow Motion View).

3.Use [8] and [2] to select the second control panel option from the bottom (Slow Motion View Speed).
