3 Install the pulley

3.1Lay the belt beside the rail, as shown. Grasp the end with the hooked trolley connector and pass approximately 12" (30 cm) of belt through the window. Keep the ribbed side toward the rail, and allow it to hang.

3.2Remove the tape from the pulley. The center should be greased, if not, regrease the center of the pulley.

3.3Insert the pulley into the window of the front rail.

3.4Insert the bolt (H3) into the rail and pulley. Tighten securely with the lock washer (H7) and nut (H6).

3.5Rotate the pulley to be sure it spins freely.

3.6Insert the bolt (H2) into the hole shown and fasten with the lock nut (H4).
