1.User supplied.
2.The safety ground wire in the AC power cord must have a ground path to a grounding rod.
3.The shielded Ethernet cable has a ground path through the power injector and the safety ground wire in the AC power cord.

Note There is no requirement for external lightening arrestors on the 1510. The power supplies on the 1510 and the PoE in ports have transient voltage surge suppression. In addition, the PoE in port should be used with shielded cables that are grounded at the access point and power injector.
