	1.	Press POW ER SWIT CH ￿ to the ON position.
2.		Press FAN SWIT CH ￿ to high or low fan s peed .
3.		Set COOK TEMPERATURE THE RMOS TAT ￿
		to t he temper ature desired.
		Whe n t his temper ature is reached ,
		LIGHT OFF \OVEN READY ind icator lig ht ￿
		will go out.
		ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 20 MINUTES
		TO PREHEAT A COLD OVEN.
4.		Load produc t int o the oven.
		For bes t results, alw ays lo ad the oven from t he
￿		bottom to the top po sit ion a nd lo ad as quickly as
		pos sible to retain ma ximu m o ven c ompa rtment heat.
5.		Set COOK TIM ER ￿ by rotating the knob
		clo ckwis e pa st the time required and then back to
		the desired time .
￿		The time r will be gin to count down. When the
		time r reache s zero, the oven will produce a n a udible
		alert signal tha t will c ont inue fo r t hree minu tes or
￿		unt il t he time r kno b is turned count erclockwise to
		the OFF pos ition.

COOL-DOWN MODE

Press POWER SWITCH ￿ to

1. the COOL DOWN positio n. ￿ 2. Open the oven doors.

SHUT-DOWN PROCEDURE

Press POW ER SWIT CH ￿

1. to the OFF pos ition.
