Proper cleaning agents , mat eri als, and

Sp illed f ood s shou ld be remov ed an d th e a rea wip ed as soon as possi ble but at the ve ry least, a mi nimum of once a day. Always t horou ghly rins e s urfac es after u sing a clean ing age nt an d wipe s tanding wate r as qui ckly as pos sible af ter rinsing.
CLEA NING AGENTS
Use non- abrasive cleaning products designed for use on stainles s st eel su rfaces . Cleaning agents mus t be chloride- free co mpounds an d mu st not contain quaternary salts. Never use hy drochlor ic acid (muriatic acid) on s tainless steel surface s. Alw ays use t he pr oper cleaning agent at th e man ufact urer's recommended strength.
