9.2 Input Data Format(1) Horizontal Tab Command (H T)

Mones the printing position to the next horizontal tab position
The horizontal tab position is set by ESC D. The initial setting of the horizontal ta b position is every 8
characters ( 9th columns, 17th col umns, 25th columns, 33r d columns, 41st columns) ofF ont A.

1) When the DIP switch segmentDS1 -8 is set to OFF
Thiscommand is ignored.
2) When the DIP switch segmentDS 1-8 isset to ON
Printing is done when t he internal input buffer has the data . When it has no data, however, line feed is
done.
(3) Printingpaperfeedcommand (LF)

Prints the data in the internal input buffer and feeds t he line(s) based on the set line feed r ate.
(4) Settingthe right space amount of the characters (ESC SP n)

Set the right space ofthe amount of the character in term of dots (in an increment of 1/203inch). As an
initial value,n=0. In the double width magnifica tion mode, the right space amount is double the set amount.
