Modifying names and numbers in the phone book
1Find the record you want to modify. Please see “Reviewing names and numbers in phone book” for details.
2Press the SEL button to enter the modifying mode, the last digit of the number flashes.
3Enter the new number by keypad. If necessary, press F button to delete the error digits.
4Press the MEMO button to confirm and enter the name modification.
5Enter the new name by keypad. If necessary, press F button to delete the error characters. Press “1” to enter a space.
6Press the MEMO button to confirm; you will hear a confirmation tone.
Dialing a number from the Phone Book
1Find the number you want to dial. Please see “Reviewing names and numbers in the phone book” for details.
2Press the TALK button to dial out.
Deleting all records from the phone book
1In standby mode, press the MEMO button, then the LCD shows the total number of records.
2Press the F button twice, then all the records will be deleted
Deleting a single record from the phone book
1In standby mode, press the MEMO button, then the LCD shows the total number of records.
2 Press the | or | button to select the name and number you want |
to delete.
3 Press the F button twice, then the selected record will be deleted

Reviewing the Caller ID List
1 Press the or button, the LCD shows the total number of Caller ID numbers and new numbers. (ALL XX NEW XX)
2 Press the | or | button to review the other caller’s numbers. |
