Features of Your SuperDisk Drive

The SuperDisk drive is designed to read, write, and format the following sizes of diskettes:

720 kilobytes (KB)

1.44 MB

120 MB

Key features of the SuperDisk drive include the following:

Storage capacity of 120 MB of data on a single, 3.5-inch diskette (a capacity increase of more than 83 times the capacity of the standard 3.5-inch diskette)

Motorized diskette ejection providing easy operation

Faster transfer rate and access time than the 1.44-MB diskette drive, delivering up to 5 times the performance when using a SuperDisk diskette

Using Your SuperDisk Drive

For optimum performance, use Imation SuperDisk diskettes with your SuperDisk drive.

Inserting a Diskette

To insert a 1.44-MB or SuperDisk diskette into the drive, complete the following steps:

1.Turn on your computer, if it is not already turned on.

2.Hold the diskette, label side up, and gently insert the diskette into the drive. After you insert a diskette, it will take a few seconds for the drive to read the diskette before you can use it.

+NOTE: The SuperDisk Drive Diskette Eject button is motorized and does not pop out after inserting a diskette.
