Step 4. Double click PHONE AND MODEM OPTIONS icon

Step 5. Click MODEMS tab

Step 6. Click PROPERTIES

Step 7. In the General Tab, Uncheck – Wait for dial tone before dialing Step 8. Click the ADVANCED tab
