Definition eines "Mil"

Derzeit gibt es für den Scanner vier verschiedene Reichweitenmodelle. Abhängig vom Modelltyp Ihres Scanners, müssen Sie die Einheit mit einem bestimmten Abstand vom Barcode halten, um ein optimales Ergebnis beim Scannen zu erzielen. Die folgenden Diagramme geben die Feldtiefen für jedes der Modelle an, wenn Barcodes von Grad A, Code 39 gescannt werden: Standardreichweite (SR), hohe Dichte (HD), große Reichweite (LR) und extra große Reichweite (XLR).

Ein "Mil" ist gleich 0,001 Inch. Im Zusammenhang mit den Abbildun- gen aus diesem Abschnitt stellt ein Mil die minimale Barcode-Element- breite dar. Somit hätte ein 5-Mil-Barcode eine minimale Elementbreite von 5 Mil (oder 0,005 Inch).

 

Die Messungen basieren auf den Einstellungen der

 

SR-Modelle mit der standardmäßigen 28° Scanbre-

 

ite (im Gegensatz zu der Halbwinkelstellung von
