Procedure

1Remove the screw that secures the processor heat-sink to the chassis.

2In sequential order (indicated on the processor heat-sink), loosen the captive screws that secure the processor heat-sink to the system board.

3Peel the portion of the aluminum foil that is adhered over the processor heat-sink fan.

4Lift the processor heat-sink off the system board.
