FUNCIONAMIENTO

Su taladradora debe utilizarse con brocas de 1/2 pulg. de diámetro o menos. Las siguientes direcciones proporcionarán al operario no experimentado un comienzo sobre las funciones comunes con la taladradora. Utilice material descartado para practicar y acostumbrarse a la máquina antes de intentar tareas regulares.

El uso de accesorios y conexiones no recomendadas por DELTA puede re s u l t a r en el riesgo de lesionamiento.

IMPORTANTE: Cuando el material es lo suficientemente largo, debe ser colocado siempre sobre la mesa con un extremo contra la columna, como lo ilustra la Fig. 30. Esto impide la rotación del material junto con la broca de perforación o herramienta cortante, ocasionando daño al material o el lesionamiento personal del operario. Si no resulta posible apoyar el material de trabajo contra la columna, deben utilizarse abrazaderas o un tornillo de banco para sujetar el material contra la mesa.

INSTALACION Y EXTRACCION DE BROCAS

1.DESCONECTE LA MÁQUINA DE FUENTE DE ENERGÍA.

2 . Inserte la broca (A) Fig. 31 dentro del mandrino (B) lo suficientemente lejos como para obtener la tracción

máxima de las tres mandíbulas del mandrino contra la espiga de la broca. Con las brocas pequeñas, no inserte la broca a tal profundidad que las mandibulas del mandrino hagan contacto con las acanaladuras (ranuras espirales) de la broca.

3.Asegúrese que la broca (A) Fig. 31 esté centrada dentro del mandrino (B) antes de apretar el mandrino con la llave (C).

4.Gire la llave del mandrino (C) Fig. 31 en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj para apretar las mandíbulas del mandrino, y en el sentido contrario para aflojarlas.

5.Apriete las tres mandíbulas del mandrino para asegurar la broca lo suficiente como para que no se

deslice durante el taladrado.

6.ASEGURESE que la llave del mandrino (C) Fig. 31 haya sido quitada del mandrino antes de arrancar la taladradora. Su llave de mandrino (C) está equipada con un pasador autoexpulsador (D) que elimina el riesgo de olvidar que la llave se encuentra aún en el mandrino.

VELOCIDADES QUE PERFORAN CORRECTAS

Los factores que determinan la mejor velocidad para utilizar son: clase de material que es trabajado, de tamaño del agujero, de tipo del taladro o del otro cortador, y de calidad del corte deseada.

Utilice la velocidad recomendada para el material del pedacito y del objeto de la prensa del taladro.
