s'il est difficile de retirer la goupille(C), tourner l'écrou (E)

en sens horaire pour retirer la goupille du boîtier.

4. La figure 23 illustre l'outil sans la goupille d'alignement

de la table (C). Desserrer le boulon de blocage (D) de la

table, incliner la table à l'angle souhaité et resserrer le

boulon (D). Remettre la goupille d'alignement (C) de la

table lorsque la table retourne en position horizontale (à

niveau) Ainsi, la surface de la table sera perpendiculaire

à la broche.

5. Le support de table moulé comporte une échelle

d'angles (E, fig. 24) qui indique le degré d'inclinaison. La

table possède aussi une ligne de repère et une marque

de zéro (F) pour aligner la table avec l'échelle (E).

VITESSES DE BROCHE

Cinq régimes de rotation de broche sont disponibles avec la perceuse à colonne : 620, 1100, 1720, 2340 et 3100 tr/min. La figure 25 illustre les positions de la courroie sur les poulies de la broche et le pas

du moteur pour obtenir les cinq vitesses disponibles.

CHANGEMENT DE VITESSES ET RÉGLAGE DE LA TENSION DE LA COURROIE

1.DÉBRANCHER LA MACHINE DE LA SOURCE D’ALIMENTATION.

2.Soulever la courroie et la protection de la poulie (A, fig. 26.

3.Relâcher la tension de la courroie en desserrant le bouton de verrouillage de la tension (B, fig. 26) et pivoter le moteur (D) en direction de l'avant de la perceuse à colonne.

4.Avec le moteur dans cette position, placer la courroie(C) sur les pas souhaités du moteur et des poulies de la broche comme indiqué à la figure 26.
