CAMBIO DE LA POSICIÓN DEL BRAZO DE LIJADO

Desconecte la máquina de la fuente de alimentacion.

1.Puede utilizar el brazo de lijado en cualquier ángulo desde la posición vertical (Fig. 48) hasta la posición horizontal (Fig. 49). Afloje la palanca de bloqueo (B), coloque el brazo (A) en el ángulo deseado y ajuste la palanca de bloqueo (B).

2.Puede retirar la cubierta superior de la polea intermedia (C) Figs. 48 y 49 para despejar la pieza de trabajo cuando lije en posición horizontal. En el caso de una pieza de trabajo larga, baje la placa deflectora (D) para despejar la pieza de trabajo. Levante la placa deflectora (D) para desviar el aserrín de madera al lijar una pieza de trabajo corta.

NOTA: Con el brazo de lijado (A) en posición horizontal (Fig. 49), utilice el banco (E) o el tope de retención accesorio para sostener la pieza de trabajo.

COLOCACIÓN DEL BANCO PARA DISCO DE LIJAR A 90° DEL DISCO

Desconecte la máquina de la fuente de alimentacion.

1.Afloje los dos mangos de bloqueo del banco para disco (el izquierdo se muestra en (A) Fig. 50 y mueva el banco (B) fig. 51 hasta que entre en contacto con el tornillo de tope del banco (C) fig. 50 que se encuentra del lado izquierdo del banco. Ajuste los mangos de bloqueo.

2.Coloque una escuadra (E) Fig. 51 sobre el banco y contra el disco de lijar. Observe si el banco está a 90° del disco.

3.Para ajustar, afloje los mangos de bloqueo (A) Fig. 50 y ajuste o afloje el tornillo de tope del banco (C) Fig. 50.

4.Ajuste el indicador del banco para disco de lijar.

INCLINACIÓN DEL BANCO PARA LIJADORA DE DISCO

Desconecte la máquina de la fuente de alimentacion.

Para inclinar el banco, afloje los mangos de bloqueo del banco para disco, uno de los cuales se muestra en (A) Fig. 50, mueva el banco hasta el ángulo deseado y ajuste los mangos de bloqueo.
