COLOCACIÓN DEL BANCO A 90 GRADOS DE LA BANDA

Desconecte la máquina de la fuente de alimentacion.

1.Afloje la palanca de trinquete para inclinar el banco (A) Fig. 43. Gire el tope (B) hacia la izquierda y gire el banco (C) Fig. 44 hasta que el muñón (D) Fig. 43 entre en contacto con el tope (B). Ajuste el mango de bloqueo (A).

NOTA: La palanca de tensión (A) funciona a resorte y puede volver a colocarse en posición tirando del mango, moviéndolo y dejando que el mecanismo a resorte la coloque nuevamente en posición.

2.Coloque una escuadra (E) Fig. 44 sobre el banco contra la banda. Observe si el banco está a 90° respecto de la banda.

3.Para ajustar, afloje el mango (A) Fig. 43. Gire el tornillo de ajuste (F) hacia adentro o hacia afuera hasta que el banco esté a 90° de la banda.

4.Ajuste el mango de bloqueo (A), Fig. 43.

5.El tornillo de ajuste (F) Fig. 43 asegura que el banco para banda pueda colocarse nuevamente con rapidez en la posición de 90° después de inclinar el banco.

6.Ajuste el indicador.

7.Siga el mismo procedimiento al ajustar el banco para fijarlo en la posición de 45°.
