INSTALACIÓN DE LA CORREA EN EL MOTOR

Desconecte la máquina de la fuente de alimentacion.

1.Retire los dos tornillos (A) Fig. 15 de la parte superior de la unidad de lijado y quite la placa (B).

2.Verifique que la correa (C) Fig. 16 se encuentre en la ranura de la polea (D) de la unidad de lijado.

3.Levante el motor (F) Fig. 17 y coloque la correa (C) en la polea del motor (G).

4.Baje el motor lentamente (F) Fig. 17 para aplicar presión a la correa (C).

5.Nivele y asegure el motor con las tuercas hexagonales (H) Fig. 18.

INSTALACIÓN DEL CONDUCTO PARA POLVO

Desconecte la máquina de la fuente de alimentacion.

1.Inserte el conducto para polvo (A) Fig. 19 a través del orificio interno del panel posterior del gabinete (B) que se quitó anteriormente.

2.Alinee los cuatro orificios del conducto para polvo (A) Fig. 19 con los cuatro orificios del panel posterior (B). Inserte un tornillo para chapa M4-0.7 x 12 mm a través del panel posterior (B). Enrosque el tornillo en el conducto para polvo. Ajuste bien.

3.Repita este procedimiento para los tres orificios restantes.
