FIXATION DE L'OUTIL DE PONÇAGE AU BOÎTIER

La ponceuse à courroie/à disque est lourde. Faire appel au moins à deux personnes pour soulever l'appareil sur le dessus du boîtier.

Debrancher l'appareil de la source d'alimentation .

1.Mettre la ponceuse sur le dessus du boîtier.

REMARQUE : insérer la courroie d'entraînement de la ponceuse dans le trou (A) FIG. 11.

2.Mettre une rondelle de blocage de 5/16 po sur une vis à tête hexagonale de 5/16 po-18 x 1/2 po. De l'intérieur du boîtier, insérer la vis dans un des trous (B), fig. 11, et dans le trou fileté de l'appareil de ponçage. Serrer solidement la vis.

3.Répéter l'assemblage pour les trois autres trous (B) fig. 11.

4.Mettre une rondelle no 10 sur une vis à tête ronde no 10- 32 x 3/4 po. De l'intérieur du boîtier, insérer la vis dans un des trous (C), fig. 11, du déflecteur de poussière et du boîtier et dans le trou fileté de l'appareil de ponçage. Serrer solidement la vis.

5.Répéter l'assemblage pour les trois autres trous.

INSTALLATION DU TUYAU D'ADMISSION DU DÉPOUSSIÉREUR

Debrancher l'appareil de la source d'alimentation .

1.Mettre un collier de serrage (A), fig. 12, à chaque extrémité du tuyau (B).

2.Glisser une extrémité du tuyau (B), fig. 13, au-dessus de l'orifice du tuyau (C), sur le déflecteur de poussière, dans le boîtier. La fixer à l'aide d'un collier de serrage.

3.Glisser l'autre extrémité du tuyau au-dessus de l'orifice d'admission du ventilateur (F), fig. 14, dans le boîtier. La

fixer avec un collier de serrage.
