5.THE INFOBANNER AND POP-UP MENUS

5.1. THE TV INFOBANNER

The TV InfoBanner shows the information related to the actual channel.

The information shown is (some information only if provided by the service provider).

The channel information bar, to show the (favorites) list number and the channel name;

The satellite information dish, to show the name of the selected satellite;

The program information bar, to show the start time, duration indicator and program name;

The i-button, to indicate that there is detailed program information available;

The additional information bar, to show the additional service icons. These icons show only if the additional service is available. The icons are:

-the icon for teletext;

-the icon for alternate audio;

-the icon for alternate subtitling;

-the icon for Dolby Digital audio;

-the icon for Favorite channel;

-the icon for Parental rating information.

The digital clock, to show the actual local time;

The next program information bar, to show the information of the next program.

If the volume +/- key is pressed, the volume button is shown (see the radio InfoBanner).

If the mute key is pressed, the volume button is shown with a red indicator.

5.2.THE RADIO INFOBANNER

The radio InfoBanner shows the information related to the actual channel. The radio InfoBanner can show the same information as discussed with the TV InfoBanner.
