The Answering Machine (5065R)

Using the Answering Machine

When new ICM’s are recorded will flash in the display and also the

abutton on the back of the handset. Playback will always be new ICM’s only, the answering machine will then return to standby mode. Press 2 to playback all messages, starting with the oldest ICM.

1.Ensure the a symbol is visible within the display, and the a button located on the back of the handset is illuminated.

2.The total number of (new) recorded ICM’s will now be announced. Before each ICM the day and time the message was received will be announced, and a short beep will be heard between each message.

3.Listen to your ICM’s, or press 8 to stop playback.

4.Select an operational command from the table below by pressing the corresponding button.

5.All messages will be saved (unless erased during playback) and new messages will be recorded after any old messages.
