This device complies with the essential requirements of the R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC. The following test methods have been applied in order to prove presumption of compliance with the R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC:

•EN 300 328-2 V1.3.1 (2001-12)- Technical requirements for spread- spectrum radio equipment

•EN 301 489-17 V1.2.1 (2002-08)- EMC requirements for spread-spectrum radio equipment

In France there are restrictions in the use of this device. A restricted frequency band exists in France. When operating this device on French territory you may only use channels 10 and 11 (2457 and 2463 MHz). It is not allowed to operate this device at any other frequency supported by the device.
