I set the IP camera	a. If the image is send by Email, please make sure it‟s
to send image by	not blocked by any anti-spam mechanism.

I heard strange	a. Please check if anything jams the camera, remove
sound when I use	it.
pan / tilt function
	a. If the camera does not respond to you when you‟re
	trying to use pan / tilt function, the servo motor inside
	the camera may dead. Please return the camera to
	the dealer of purchase and ask for help.
Nothing is heard at	An external speaker is required to playback the voice
the camera side	received at computer side.
