Introduction

This transceiver can be converted to a mobile transceiver by plug- ging it into the optional vehicle adapter if it has been installed in the vehicle. This adapter also provides rapid recharging of the transceiver battery.

The optional Remote Control Unit shown above can be used with the adapter to operate the transceiver. Most controls on the control unit and transceiver operate in parallel, so both can be used if desired. Two
