Cleaning Various Parts of Your appliance

Before cleaning any part of the appliance, be sure all controls are turned OFF and the appliance is COOL. Remove spillovers and heavy soiling as soon as possible. Regular cleanings will reduce the number of major cleanings later.

Oven Racks

Oven racks and oven rack supports must be removed from the oven during

the self-clean cycle for cleaning. If they are not removed, the self-clean cycle

will not start. Clean them as described above.

Oven Door

To clean oven door, wash with hot, soapy water and a clean cloth. DO NOT

immerse the door in water or clean the oven door gasket.

Oven Door Gasket

The oven gasket located on the inner frame of the door and visible when the

door is opened is essential for a good seal. Care should be taken not to rub,

damage or remove the gasket.
