Mushroom soup

Place the vegetables and the stockin

Emmentalcheese, grated

 

pepper, paprika

6 slices

cookedham(300 g)

125 ml

water

cream

20 g

flour

20 g

butteror margarine

10 g

butteror margarineto grease the

 

dish

Tip: Youcanbuy ready-madebéchamel

sauce and use it forthisrecipe.

1.Cut the vealintostrips.

2.Grease the dish with thebutter. Put the meatandonion into the dish, cover

andcook. Stironceduringcooking.

7-10 min.

3.Add thewhitewine,gravy browning andcream,stir, cover andcontinue cooking.Stir occasionally.

4-5 min.

4.Stir the mixture after cooking,stand for approx. 5 min.Garnishwith parsley.

1.Mixthe spinachwiththe cheese and fromage frais, season to taste.

2.Placea tablesppon of the fillingon top of each sliceof cooked ham, androll up. Spearthe ham with a wooden skewerto fasten it.

3.Makea béchamel sauce: to do this

pourthe water and cream into a bowl andheat.

Mixtheflour andbutter to make a roux, addto the liquid,and whisk until dissolved. Cook untilthick.

4.Placethesauceinto the greased dish, placethefilled rollsof ham into the
