switchsystem.Withtwo10‐GbpsPHYsinstalledinthe7KR4297‐02,ashareduplinkofupto
20 GbpscanbeprovidedfromtheDFEswitchingsystemtotwonetworkedgeconnectionsfroma
MatrixE7,MatrixN7,MatrixN5,MatrixN3,orMatrixN1chassistoacoredatacenter.
TheDFEmoduleportscanbeconfiguredtocontroltrafficbylimitingtherateoftrafficaccepted
intothemoduleandprioritizingtraffictoexpeditetheflowofhigherprioritytrafficthroughthe
module.
The7KR4297‐02modulecanbeinstalledinaMatrixE7,MatrixN7,MatrixN5,MatrixN3,or
MatrixN1chassis,butonlysupportsFTM2databackplaneinterconnectionsintheMatrixE7
chassis.
