To start the system diagnostics program, follow these steps:

1.Insert the Reference diskette in drive A.

2.Turn on or reset the computer. The OPERATION MENU

appears.

3.Press 4 to select Systemdiagnostics and then press Enter.

When you start the system diagnostics, the computer checks the following:

The setting of the DIP switches on the front panel

The positions of the internal jumpers

Any peripheral devices that are connected to the system.

After these items are checked, you see a list of the devices available for resting. This list includes only the devices that are installed in your system and looks something like this:
