The Scan Events monitor installed into the Windows Scanners and Cameras Control Panel is automatically enabled and ready to scan to PageManager (and any other Start button compatible programs) when you press the Start button.

If you ever want to disable (or enable) Start button scanning, follow these steps:

1Click Start, point to Settings, and click the Control Panel icon.

2Click the Scanners and Cameras icon. You see this dialog box:
