After you connect the components of your system and run the SETUP program, you must install the operating system on your computer. If you are installing MS-DOS, follow the instructions in your MS-DOS manuals. If you are installing another operating system, such as MS OS/2 or UNIX, see the manual that comes with that system for instructions on installing and using it. The procedures in this manual assume that you are using MS-DOS with your computer.

Note

Be sure to make backup copies of your original operating system diskettes.
