Diagnosing Problems
The Epson Stylus Pro 3880 includes a number of ways to help you diagnose
problems:
•To identify the most common problems, check the messages on the
control panel. See page 114 for more information.
•If you’re using the Epson printer driver and Status Monitor utility,
check your software for error messages. See Chapter 4 or 5 for more
information.
•To determine whether the problem is caused by the printer itself,
disconnect the printer from your computer and run a nozzle check from
the control panel. See page 90 for instructions.
•If none of the suggested solutions in this chapter solve your problem,
contact Epson as described under “Where To Get Help” on page12.
