Turn the power on to start projecting images.

CAUTION

Be sure to read the Safety Instructions/World-Wide Warranty Terms before projecting images.

Connecting the Power Cable

TIP

If you change the setting for the "Direct Power ON" command in the "Advanced2" menu to "ON", the projector's power will turn on and projection will start at once when you insert the power plug into the

wall outlet.p.93

First turn on the power for other components that are connected to the projector.

PROCEDURE

Check that the power is turned off for the projector
and all components connected to the projector.

Connect the computer or other video source to the
projector. p.20, p.26

Connect the accessory power cable to the projector.

 

Check that the power connector is facing the same way as the power inlet on the projector, and then insert the power cable connector securely into the projector.

Connect the other end of the power cable to an
earthed electrical outlet.

 

Wait until theindicator lights orange.

The remote control and the projector's control panel buttons will not
