You can define up to eight paper sizes. All paper sizes you define are listed in the left column and appear in the list of paper sizes in the Page Setup dialog box.
Using the Control Panel
The printer’s front control panel contains lights for displaying the printer status and buttons for controlling certain settings.
Normally the only times you need to use the control panel are when you need to do the following:
❑Turn the printer on or off
❑Turn on economy mode
❑Clean the black or color print heads
❑Pause the printer temporarily.
