3.2.6 Printer Mechanism Disassembly

Theproced ures described inthis section explain how to removecompon ents withinthe printer mechanism.

3.2.6.1 CarriageUnit Removal

1. Remove the printermechanism (see Section 3.2.6).

2. Remove the bluePG lever.

3. Remove the tensioncoil securing the parallelismbushing to the side frame.

Use only O-11 oil when lubricating the carriage guide shaft.
