5.5.1.4 Is the Head angle correct?
This section describes either the head angle condition is correct or not. Refer to Section 4.1.3 for the acrual
adjustment.
[Step1] Perform thehead angle adjustment. (Refer to Section 4.1.3.)
Note: Ifthe head angle condition is wrong, white or colorbanding problem will be appeared on the
graphic pattern.
5.5.1.5 Initial charge operation
Since the status, whether the initial charge operation has been performed or not, is stored in the EEPROM,
you have to clear this with the adjustment program to perform the initial charge operation again on the same
printer.
[Step1] Executethe adjustment program “CLR200.EXE” and select “EEPROMData Manipulation”.
[Step2] Choose “INITIAL-CHARGE FLAG RESET” from the sub menu.
[Step3] Install new printhead and new ink cartridgeon the printer. Then turn theprinter on to
start theinitial-cha rge operation.
5.5.1.6 Replace to new ink cartridge
It is necessary to replace the print head unit if you can not recover alogged nozzle by performing the initial
inkcharge , CLoperation and replacing the newink cartridge.
If you replaceto new ink cartridge, do not re-usea removed ink cartridge again.
