However, if the disc is designed to provide video in the ratio of 4:3, the following setup enables you to enjoy a wide screen.
SET TV DISPLAY MODE
NORMAL/PS
NORMAL/LB
WIDE
Normal TV Pan Scan - You can select this mode where you can enjoy the screen in the ratio of 4:3 on TV with 4:3, or the screen of 16:9 expanded to be matched with 4:3.
Normal TV Letter Box - You can select this mode where you can enjoy the screen in the ratio of 16:9 on TV with 4:3, but you will see a black band on the upper and lower screen.
Wide Screen TV - If your TV is in the ratio of 16:9, you can select this mode.
