Fastener Cap

•Fit the fastener cap onto the end of the steering column.
•Insert a #8 x 3/4" screw through the large opening in the
fastener cap and into the hole in the steering column. Tighten the screw.
•Turn the vehicle upright.

•While pressing down on the steering wheel, grasp the steering column under the dash and pull it up as far as it will go.
•Insert the 5/32" x 11/2" pin through the hole in the steering column.
•Grasp the steering column again and pull down to fit the pin into the center of the steering wheel.

•Fit the steering wheel cap onto the center of the steering wheel.
•Insert two #8 x 3/4" screws and tighten.
•Position the steering wheel so that the large opening is UP.
•Fit the steering wheel onto the steering column.
