4.6 Studying with EuroTalk

•Phrases- Practice / Dialog. Practise: Press / to select a phrase or a dialog on the right of the screen and then press eingabe to play. In the screen, use the following keys for control:

FN + 1: Starts playback of the selected phrase or dialog.

FN + 2: Stops playback of the selected phrase or dialog.

FN + 3: Skips to the previous phrase or dialog.

FN + 4: Skips to the next phrase or dialog.

FN + 5: Enables full screen mode during playback.

FN + 6: Selects a playback mode. / : Adjusts sound volume.

F1: Shows phrases or dialogs

F2: Shows translations of current phrase or dialog.

F3: Selects languages to be displayed in the phrase or dialog translations. Press / to select a language and then press eingabe for selection or de-selection. Press esc when done.

•Phrs- Recording / Dialog. Record: These two options are mostly the same as the practice options except with the addition of the following two functions:

FN + 7: Starts recording your own pronunciation of the selected phrase or dialog. Start to speak after the 3-second countdown. The recording stops automatically when the progress bar is full.
