When the fryer is leveled in its final position, install the restraints provided with the unit to limit its movement so that it does not depend on or transmit stress to the electrical conduit or connection. 5.If the fryer is equipped with a power cord, plug the cord securely into a properly grounded outlet of appropriate voltage for the specific fryer configuration.
