Default Roles

The following sections describe the default roles assigned to the Fn buttons.

Bracketing and Advanced Filters (Fn1)

Buttons assigned this role can be used to select bracketing or advanced filter options.

R Bracketing and advanced filter options can also be accessed from the shooting menu (P77).

■Bracketing

OExposure (AE) bracketing

WSensitivity (ISO) bracketing XFilm simulation bracketing

YDynamic range bracketing HWhite balance bracketing

When the DRIVE dial is rotated to BKT, pressing the button displays bracketing options (P54). Press the selector up or down to select a bracketing type; if applicable, you can then press the selector left or right to select a bracketing amount.

■Advanced Filters When the DRIVE options (P58).

dial is rotated to ADV., pressing the button displays advanced filter Press the selector up or down to select the desired filter.
