Select ON to enable advanced anti blur in Rmode (P32).
bFACE DETECTION SET-UP
Adjust face detection and face recognition options.
Option		Description
FACE DETECTION	Choose whether the camera automatically detects and sets focus and expo-
	sure for human portrait subjects (P66).

Add portrait subjects to the face recognition database. These subjects will be FACE RECOGNITION given priority during Intelligent Face Detection, and their names and other

information can be viewed during playback (P67).

CPHOTOMETRY (default: o)

Choose how the camera meters exposure when Intelligent Face Detection is off.

Option	Description
oMULTI	Automatic scene recognition is used to adjust exposure for a wide range of
	shooting conditions.
	The camera meters lighting conditions at the center of the frame. Recom-
pSPOT	mended when the background is much brighter or darker than the main
	subject.
	Exposure is set to the average for the entire frame. Provides consistent expo-
qAVERAGE	sure across multiple shots with the same lighting, and is particularly effective
	for landscapes and portraits of subjects dressed in black or white.

FFOCUS MODEThis option controls how the camera focuses subjects (P62).
